Virtual care is here to stay - but we need to ensure that health care providers and patients alike are supported in adopting it. Canada Health Infoway and Healthcare Excellence Canada partnered on the Clinician Change Management project, which included the Clinician Change Virtual Care Toolkit and the Virtual Care Together Design Collaborative. In Part 2 of this two-part series, we welcome Design Collaborative participants Dr. Kendall Ho, Anne-Marie Jamin and Harleen Chohan from the InterCultural Online Health Network (iCON) to discuss their experiences with the collaborative, the philosophy of meeting people where they are at, and the importance of embedding equity into virtual care.
